Mini Chocolate Wafer Cakes 

Ingredients: – 1 package of chocolate wafer cookie – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 2. Gently fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.

1. Take a chocolate wafer cookie and spread a dollop of whipped cream on top. 2. Place another wafer cookie on top to create a sandwich.

1. Repeat with the remaining cookies and whipped cream, stacking them to create mini cake layers. 2. Once assembled, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the top and sides of each mini cake.

Decorate with chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or berries if desired.

1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. 2. Enjoy your delicious mini chocolate wafer cakes!
