Honey-Mustard Glazed Salmon With Roasted Asparagus Recipe

1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp soy sauce

1⁄2 Tbsp olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Set oven temperature to 400°F. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and butter; microwave for 30 seconds, or until the sugar and butter are melted.

Add the soy sauce, honey, and mustard and stir. In an ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over high heat.

Add the salmon, flesh-side down, to the pan after seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes, then turn when thoroughly browned.

Apply half of the glaze on the salmon and bake the pan for about 5 minutes, or until the salmon is firm and flaky but before white fat starts to develop on the surface.

After removing, drizzle the salmon with additional honey mustard and present it alongside the asparagus.
