Go-To Tuna Recipe

1 can (5 oz/142 g) albacore tuna, packed in water and drained 1 tbsp (15 g) avocado mayonnaise or reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tbsp (17.5 g) Greek yogurt

¼ tsp (1.4 g) salt ¼ tsp (0.4 g) garlic powder ½ tsp (3 g) Dijon mustard

In a dish, combine all the ingredients with clean hands or clean rubber gloves.

Alternatively, mash well until very well blended using the back of a fork.

Crunchy version: stir in 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery.

Make it more wholesome: Incorporate a diced hard-boiled egg.

Add the juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley and dill to make it more Mediterranean.
