Delicious Ham and Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients 3 ½ cups peeled and diced potatoes 3 ¼ cups water ¾ cup diced cooked ham ⅓ cup diced celery

⅓ cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules 1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper, or to taste ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste 5 tablespoons butter 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups milk

Directions Compile every component.

In a stockpot, mix potatoes, water, ham, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat, or until potatoes are cooked. Add salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon and stir.

In a another skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Cook and whisk the flour for one minute or until it becomes thick. Stir add milk and heat, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes, until thickened.

Once the milk mixture is in the stockpot, swirl and cook it until it is thoroughly heated. Present and savor!
