Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients: – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) – 1 scoop chocolate protein powder – 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter – 1/2 banana, frozen – 1/2 cup ice cube – Optional: honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired

In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, natural peanut butter, frozen banana, and ice cubes.

If desired, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth and creamy.

Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey, maple syrup, or ice cubes as needed.

Once desired consistency is reached, pour the Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake into a glass.
