Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients cooking spray 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 8 ounces cooked, diced ham 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Directions Set the oven's temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Spray cooking spray on a 9 x 13-inch baking dish to lightly oil it.

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the hash browns, condensed soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and ham. Evenly distribute into the prepared dish. Add a little Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for about an hour, or until bubbling and beginning to brown, in a preheated oven.
