Bailey’s Chocolate Caramel Tarts  


– Pre-made tart shell – Semisweet chocolate – Heavy cream – Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur – Sugar – Unsalted butter – Sea salt (optional)

Prepare pre-made tart shells according to package instructions. 

Make chocolate ganache by heating heavy cream until simmering, then pouring over chopped chocolate and stirring until smooth. Stir in Bailey's Irish Cream. 

Fill tart shells with chocolate ganache and refrigerate until set. 

Make caramel sauce by melting sugar in a saucepan, then adding butter and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in Bailey's Irish Cream and sea salt. 

Drizzle caramel sauce over chilled chocolate ganache in tart shells.  Refrigerate tarts until caramel sets, then serve chilled.
